If you would like to contact GPL Vault then please click the ‘beacon’ in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

If you don’t see the beacon then please make sure you are logged into your account. You can also check that it’s not being blocked by any browser extensions such as ad-block.

Points to note:

  1. Our support is for paid subscribers only. So please be sure to log into your account before submitting your ticket. Otherwise, you may not receive an answer.
  2. You only need to submit one ticket per issue. We deal with the tickets in date order so bumping your ticket is counterproductive because it sends you to the back of the queue.
  3. We aim to respond to you within 24-48 hours but please allow extra time on weekends and public holidays. Please also note that due to Covid-19 that our support is currently under more pressure than usual, so our response times may be longer than we would usually expect.

We sometimes receive tickets telling us that a plugin or theme requires an update. You don’t have to do this – we know already!

Although we aim to update all plugins within 48 hours, the nature of our business as a re-seller means that there might sometimes be a short delay before it appears on our site.
