Points to note:
- Our support is for paid subscribers only. So please be sure to log into your account before submitting your ticket. Otherwise you may not receive an answer.
- You only need to submit one ticket per issue. We deal with the tickets in date order so bumping your ticket is counter productive because it sends you to the back of the queue.
- We aim to respond to you within 24 hours but please allow extra time on weekends and public holidays.

We sometimes receive emails telling us that a plugin or theme requires an update. You don’t have to do this – we know already!
Although we aim to update all plugins within 48 hours, the nature of our business as a re-seller means that there might sometimes be a short delay before it appears on our site.
