Apologies to any of our customers who have attempted to access our site in the past few hours.
Unfortunately, we have been badly let down by our hosting company who took around 6 hours to identify and then fix the problem. The site was completely offline during this time.
Hopefully we’ll have no more outages.
We’re running a little behind now on our intended updates but will get those uploaded over the next couple of hours but we may need to take the site offline ourselves for an hour or two at some point because we have some essential maintenance of our own to carry out. We’ll make sure we announce it here and on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
