Once linked, every new appointment made through your WordPress booking form appears on the connected Apple Calendar without anyone manually copying details across. Time already marked as busy in Apple Calendar gets blocked from booking, too, so customers can’t schedule appointments into hours a staff member has already claimed for personal use or another job. This keeps front-desk staff, solo practitioners, and traveling consultants working from one accurate view of their day instead of checking two separate places.
